Refund policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange it according to the following return and exchange policy.
1. Deadline for return and exchange
In accordance with EU consumer protection law, you have the right to cancel your purchase and request a return within 14 days of receiving the goods. Requests for returns and exchanges must be made within this period.
2. Return Conditions
The item must be unused and in perfect condition, in its original packaging.
The product must be complete and contain all original packaging materials, accessories and instructions.
If you have selected a personalised product during the purchase process, the return policy does not apply, unless there is a quality issue with the item.
3. Exchange Policy
If you receive an item that is of the wrong quality or does not match what you ordered, we will offer you an exchange. Please make sure to contact us within 14 days of receiving the item to request an exchange.
4. Return Process

You will be responsible for return shipping unless there is a quality issue with the item or we sent the wrong item.
