Transit time: Orders from the EU will usually arrive within 20-40 business days. The exact shipping time will vary depending on the destination and the logistics company.

4. Quality Assurance
We carry out strict quality inspection on all oil paintings we sell. If you receive an item with a quality issue (such as breakage or defect), please contact us within 14 days and we will provide you with a free return or exchange.

5. Return & Exchange Policy
You can request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your item.
Please ensure that the item is in unused and intact condition, with all original packaging materials attached.

6. Refund Processing
Your refund will be processed within 14 business days and will be returned to the original form of payment.
In the event of an order cancellation or return issue, we will promptly notify you and coordinate the refund.
